Brett and Keri are thrilled to invite you to our West Coast Swing improvisation class, where we'll ditch the memorized steps and dive headfirst into the exciting world of spontaneous dance! We know what it's like to feel stuck in patterns, and we're passionate about helping you break free and discover the joy of truly connecting with the music and your partner. We'll be sharing our favorite exercises and tips, the ones that have transformed our own dancing, to help you find your unique voice on the dance floor. Think of it as a playful jam session, where you and your partner become co-creators of something magical. Dates: 4 Week Group Class, Wednesdays, May 7, 14, 21, 28 Time: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM Where: Salseros Dance Studio 2512 Oakmont Way, Suite D, Eugene, OR 97401 Price: - Early Bird: $70.00 Per Person now through April 30th - Standard: $85.00 Per Person starting May 1st FAQ ---What do I need to know to attend the class?--- West Coast Swing Basic Patterns and starting techniques such as Left Side Pass, Under Arm Turn, Sugar Push, Whip, Compression/Tension, Anchor, Stretch, Double and/or Triple Step Timing ---Do I need a partner?--- No, we rotate partners throughout the class ---I noticed some classes have a letter or number in their name. What does that mean?--- - Classes labeled with a letter (e.g., A, B, C) cover distinct sections of the subject. You can join any lettered class without needing to attend previous ones. - Classes labeled with a number (e.g., 1, 2, 3) form a progressive series. After series 1, you must have attended the preceding classes or get instructor's permission. ---I might have to miss a day of class. Can I still attend?--- While we recommend full attendance, missing one day after the first is usually fine. New students are only accepted on days 1 or 2. We recommend taking a private lesson if you want to catch up with the class.
